Edwardian 15ct Gold, Arts & crafts Baroque pearl, gemstone chain drop necklace

A stunning and unique 15ct Gold antique Arts and Crafts necklace from the Edwardian era c1910

The necklace is set with 3 natural baroque pearls and 2 brown and green gemstones in matrix making this piece very unique and organic in shape- the skilfully hand crafted gold work cages follow the contour of each stone

The 15ct gold is a beautiful warm hue - the necklace has a nice weight to it and drapes beautifully when worn

Stamped 15 (for 15ct Gold) to the bolt ring clasp and fully tested as 15ct Gold

The necklace is 43cm / 17 inches long, the section with stones is 13cm/ 5 1/4 inches wide and the drop is 3cm / 1 1/4 inches approx.

Weight: 8 grams

Condition: Very good antique condition - there is 1 split in the gold cage around 1 stone that isn't at all detrimental as it cant be seen and remains secure and strong, the chain is in excellent condition
