A spectacular Edwardian, Opal & Ruby, 18ct Gold, daisy cluster dress ring, hallmarked in Birmingham in 1910

The daisy cluster design features 6 Australian Opal cabochons, all absolutely dazzling, with a full display of colours, reds, pinks, blue, green, yellow, all highlighted by 7 faceted deep pink Rubies that compliment the opals to great effect

The ring is beautifully hand crafted in rich 18ct Gold. The hand made scalloped gallery falls to trifurcated shoulders, hand carved with scroll motifs that give this sublime ring an extra flourish!

The head of the ring that forms the daisy motif is quite substantial and is very eye catching on the finger, the setting is low on the finger making this a comfortable and quite practical ring

Dimensions: The head of the ring is 12.5mm round approx. The band is 2.7mm wide

Condition: Very good antique condition, one of the opals has a shallow chip but this is not visible to the naked eye and hard to spot under magnification and is not detrimental to the ring
