We want all our customers to be over the moon with their ‘new’ piece of Jewellery and also with the customer service they have received from us and we always endeavour to exceed expectations

All our Jewellery is guaranteed to be authentic and as described. We aim to sell items in very good to excellent Antique or Vintage condition, any flaws are mentioned in our descriptions, if we feel a flaw is detrimental to the piece it won’t make it into our collection
All pieces of Jewellery are gently cleaned before sale and as we prefer to keep the traces of time on the pieces we usually only hand cloth polish, we can however on request have your item gently machine polished by our Jeweller on certain pieces at no extra cost
Some of our higher priced pieces come with an independent Jewellery assessment from Safeguard (part of the Birmingham assay office) if this is included it will be clearly stated in the item description
