A Fabulous and Striking antique 18ct Gold, half hoop ring, set with Natural Sapphires and old cut Diamonds from the late Victorian to Edwardian era c1900

This beautiful ring features 3 natural faceted sapphires of the most vivid royal blue colour, complimented by 6 old cut diamonds, the 4 central Diamonds are neatly set in half bezels creating a unique twist to the ring's design

Hand crafted in rich 18ct Gold, nice and weighty at 5 grams; featuring exquisitely hand carved scroll motifs, typical of this classic half hoop design

The setting spans the width of the finger with a stunning array of precious stones that sparkle and glimmer, the sapphires omit an intense blue flash when the light hits them and contrast against the white sparkle of the Diamonds

This beauty would make a wonderful engagement ring and would sit well next to a wedding band

Comfortable and practical to wear, the setting sits off the finger by 3.8mm, the band has a d shaped profile

The Sapphires are estimated in the setting to have a total carat weight of 0.95ct

The 6 old Swiss cut Diamonds are 2mm round with a total carat weight of 0.20ct
