Antique 9ct Gold, Fancy Rope Link Guard Chain Necklace, With Dog Clip 12.9 grams

A beautiful Antique 9ct Gold rope link chain with faceted torpedo spacers and a dog clip clasp c1890s

This vibrant 9ct Gold chain is a lovely length that can be worn long or wrapped around twice - it opens with a dog clip clasp, If preferred we can move the dog clip clasp so it suspends from the bottom of the chain so pendants/ charms can be hung from it- (the chain then wouldn't be openable so could only be worn at full length and put on over the head)

Interspersed with 5 faceted Torpedo shaped spacers of hollow form that add interest and a little sparkle to the chain when the light reflects from the facets

Dimensions: 89cm / 35 inches long, chain links are 2.7mm wide, the spacers are 4.8mm wide and 1.25cm long

The chain is unmarked, fully tests as 9ct Gold- the dog clip is stamped 9c for 9ct Gold

Weight: 12.9 grams

Condition: Very good antique condition - the rope chain is bright and strong, one of the torpedo spacers has a dent but due to the facets this isn't noticeable when worn.
