A beautiful boat set Edwardian ring, hand crafted in solid 18ct Gold

The 3 Natural Sapphires are a beautiful translucent cornflower blue with a slight purple hue, the old cut diamonds betwixt are white and bright, creating sparkle from their hand cut facets

The boat setting is accentuated to the top and bottom with a curved flourish of further detailing, the shoulders feature unusual X motifs hand carved into the rich, solid 18ct Gold

The central principle Sapphire is 4.6x4mm and estimated in the setting as 0.27 carat weight, the 2 smaller Sapphires are 2.6x2.8mm each. The ring has an estimated Sapphire total carat weight of 0.52 carat

The old cut Diamonds are estimated in the setting as 0.05 carat each with a total carat weight of 0.10, Clarity SI1 and Colour H

Hallmark: rubbed in places, the leopard's head for London assay can be made out and date letter for 1905, Crown 18,
