Antique Solid 14ct Gold, locket, Set With Pink Spinel

Beautiful Early 20th Century locket in solid 14ct Gold, hand engraved and set with 4 little deep pink Spinels

Such a gorgoues design to the front of the locket. The deep pink faceted Spinel are incorporated into the hand engraved design, hanging from the leaf motifs. The front of the locket has a reeded detailed surround.

Continental in origin, the locket has an antique 585 stamp to the top loop that denotes 14ct Gold and has been XRF tested to confirm. The locket has a matt, bloomed finish; the gold has a rich, warm hue with a touch of rose to it

Complete with both frames inside to hold a special photo or keepsake (there is no glass in the locket)

Weight: 3.4 grams

Dimensions: 22.5mm round x 4.4mm depth

Hallmark: 585 stamp to the top loop and XRF tested to confirm

Condition: Very good, some very slight undulations to the gold at the rear, to one of the spinel at the front, the surrounding gold is a little more matt than the rest which is visible when it catches the light
