A very beautiful vintage gold washed Norwegian sterling silver by necklace by Elvik & Co of Norway c1950s

The necklace features a front section of striking 3 dimensional Lily pad motifs - each one guilloche enamelled in a subtle off white with a stem fashioned from silver running through each one creating a more 3 dimensional effect to the Lily pad links

A beautifully made, very striking necklace, the Lilys are suspended from a gold washed sterling silver trace link chain that closes with a bolt ring clasp

Makers mark: E in a Diamond shape (Elvik & Co mark), STERLING NORWAY EDELMETALL (Norwegian for precious metal) , 925S,

Weight: 13.4 grams

Dimensions: The necklace is 41cm/ 16 1/4 inches long. The Lily section measures 13cm / 5 inches long and 18mm wide

Condition: very good vintage condition - the enamel is in excellent condition - no wear or losses at all. The rear of the lilies have some tarnish commensurate with age but cant be seen when worn
