Original Art Deco, 14ct White Gold Natural Ruby & Diamond Panel Ring

A superb original Art Deco, 14ct White Gold, Ruby and Diamond panel ring of American origin c1920s to 1930s

Hand crafted in cool 14ct white Gold throughout, the setting features lots of geometric detailing, 12 single cut Diamonds are set within a zig zag design with millegrain detailed surrounds, above and below the 5 oval faceted Natural Rubies.

The five pigeon blood Rubies are set within a slightly raised panel, they are perfectly matched and expertly hand cut with the most fabulous deep red pink colour, wonderful translucence and a vivid glow especially when the light catches them within. The 12 single cut Diamonds add a touch of shimmering sparkle

The panel setting sits atop a beautiful handmade ornate gallery. The ring features wide, hand cut trifurcated shouldersthat graduate down to the slightly angular band, typical of the period

The ring looks magnificent on the finger and would make a wonderful vintage engagement ring that will sit well next to a wedding band
