Original Art Deco, 18ct Gold & Platinum, Aquamarine And Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring

A very elegant Art Deco 18ct Gold & Platinum, Aquamarine and old cut Diamond cluster ring c1920s-30s

The ring looks so beautiful on the finger, the pastel blue Natural Aquamarine is bezel set to the centre in Platinum with a millegrain detailed surround, like a pool of water, ethereally glistening. The halo of 12 old single cut Diamonds form a sparkling border, glistening from each unique hand cut facet

The ring also features a rather beautiful and skillfully handmade scalloped openwork gallery, upon knife edge shoulders that fall to a comfortable D shaped band

This Aquamarine Art Deco ring would make the most beautiful and well received Vintage engagement ring

The Oval faceted Natural Aquamarine is estimated in the setting as: 8.5x6.2x4mm with an estimated carat weight of 1.1 carat

14 old single cut Diamonds are all approximately 1.5mm round with a total estimated weight of 0.20 carat

The ring has an inscription to the inside of the band that reads 22-2-38

Condition: Very good vintage condition, a teeny nibble to 2 of the Diamonds that are only seen under 10 x magnification and not at all eye visible as they are miniscule defects that are not at all detrimental to this beautiful ring
