A very neat and demure original Art Deco Diamond ring, featuring a 0.46 carat, transitional cut Diamond, set to a hand made openwork gallery, betwixt baguette cut Diamonds set to slightly angled shoulders, typical of the Art Deco period

Transitional cut Diamonds were cut between the 1920s- 1940s when advancements were made in Diamond cutting techniques - A transitional time- hence the name transitional cut- the cut is somewhere between the old European cut and the Modern Brilliant 

The Diamond is eye clean, bright, lively and sparkly, full of fire at night, the baguette Diamond shoulders create further sparkly elegance across the finger
