A superb, Victorian, 15ct Gold, old cut Diamond, Turquoise and Pearl, Witches heart & Angel wings brooch in the original case c1890

The 15ct Gold is rich and warm, with a matt 'bloomed' finish

The central witches heart is set with a border of lustrous split Pearls and natural Turquoise cabochons, an old cut European cut Diamond is set to the centre. The Angel wings feature beautiful detailing of textured feathers

The old cut Diamond has excellent clarity and is bright, white and extremely sparkly, 2.5x2.5x2.6mm, Clarity VS1, Colour G,

0.11 carat

This is a rare and very beautiful top quality Brooch that would make the perfect love token for any antique Jewellery collector. Complete with the original case, lined with deep blue velvet and silk, retailed by Muirhead & Arthur of Glasgow

The brooch closes with a simple c clasp and pin that works perfectly and is as straight as the day it was made

Condition: Excellent antique condition, the case has some minor scuffs to the outside and is pretty immaculate inside
