A very beautiful Antique 18ct Gold lovers knot ring by R & W Sorley of Glasgow c1890s This hand crafted ring is a gorgeous rich buttery 18ct Gold, so simple and sweet in design with the lovers infinity knot as the central motif that symbolises everlasting love and affection and would have been given to a loved one as a sign of their enduring affectionThere is a personal inscription within the band that reads 4th May, 1893 so if that's a special date for you too then perhaps this ring is meant to be ...The ring is really comfortable to wear and would make a beautiful antique wedding band or looks very sweet worn alone on any fingerHallmarked: not all legible- Assayed in Glasgow, 18 , lion rampant is present, the top of the tree, fish and bell can be made out, the date letter has rubbedUK ring size: M
