Victorian 9ct Gold peridot Spider brooch

Lovely 9ct gold Victorian spider brooch with a millegrain surround peridot set body and solid gold head.

Insect motifs were very popular in Victorian times and this a lovely example of a very well preserved one - complete with all 8 legs!

A great present for an arachnid lover!

The brooch is 52mm in length and weighs 1.75 grams

The brooch is marked 9ct to the underside.

In excellent condition - it no longer has the safety chain attached but this isn't an issue once safely pinned on - has a simple c clasp that works as it should.
